E.G. started the company in 1992 with over 28 years of professional experience in the landscape industry. E.G. is an active member of the Rotary Club of Chestnut Hill, a member of the Flourtown Businesspersons Association and is on the Landscape Committee for St. Thomas Church – Whitemarsh. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University. His experience ranges from working for larger nurseries, architecture and planning companies, teaching at local colleges, serving as a Planning Commission board member and Director of Grounds for an 84 acre development, to owning and running his own company. He oversees every aspect of his company.

Joe has been with the company since its inception, rising in ranks from Grounds Maintenance Laborer to Grounds Maintenance Operations Manager and Supervisor of Pesticides and Herbicides. Joe is responsible for all Integrated Pest Management (IPM) accounts and is certified through PLANET as a landscape technician.

​Lito started his career in the Green Industry as a Customer Service Representative and working his way up to Account Executive & Hardscape Manager, where he was responsible for over 100 active accounts in wholesale supply. Lito is certified in many aspects.
